BankChoice will come to you for a free one hour consultation. During this visit we will undertake a needs analysis to understand your business and business banking issues. Prior to this meeting you will need to send us certain information so our meeting with you will be meaningful and constructive. This needs analysis meeting is at no charge to you. Currently our direct personal service, at your office is limited to the South East Queensland region. Outside that area, the needs analysis can be done electronically. Should you wish to proceed past this stage BankChoice will explain the ongoing process and costs you are likely to incur. Moving to Phase Two will be entirely at your discretion and if you decide not to progress the matter all documents obtained by BankChoice will be returned to you to ensure your privacy is protected
If you proceed past Phase One Bank Choice can provide you with a written needs based report and offer recommendations for your current and future business banking strategies. This will involve you agreeing to a “Commitment Letter” acknowledging certain undertakings regarding costs that will be incurred during each Phase of our service delivery.
This is the pivotal and most crucial phase in obtaining the most appropriate banking solution for you.
BankChoice will prepare a concise and specific outcome related document called a “Facility Discussion Paper”. In simple terms we personally present your business banking request to selected banks and invite them to tender for your business. The banks will in due course provide their tender in the form of a Non-Binding Indicative Letter of Offer, outlining the basis on which they would consider a formal approval. The two most appropriate offers are considered and a formal approach is undertaken. At this point we believe it is important that the tendering banks are introduced to you. We encourage the banks to present their Non-Binding Indicative Letter of Offer to you personally, at your office. We believe this is important for you and the bank to ask the essential questions and assess the “chemistry” for a future banking relationship. We will attend the meeting to ensure that all aspects are appropriately covered by the bank representative.
At your discretion, BankChoice can prepare a formal business banking submission for you. This requires us to accumulate additional information, analyse financial data, and assemble facts in the format required by the target bank. BankChoice will attend and negotiate at one-on-one bank meetings to ensure all relevant information is prepared and presented correctly to the bank’s decision makers.
BankChoice will negotiate the most appropriate Credit Decision between you and the bank.
BankChoice will adopt a “watching brief” during the settlement process to ensure the end documentation and loan security profile matches the initial bank offer and particularly that fees and charges do not escalate.
